I like this new special. We start with a fresh pineapple and lots of julienned ginger so give this a taste. Spicy ginger plum tomatoes & sweet pineapple stir fry served over jasmine scented rice. Try this with farm raised shrimp & calamari.
We are featuring the Penang Curry, a medium spicy peanut curry with root vegetables & string beans.

my current favorite special is the watercress pesto with rice noodles, potatoes, greens and bits of habaneros.
the coconut milk makes this dish especially creamy and rich.
if you are in the mood for something lighter but just as tasty try the shrimp and chicken
cold noodle salad with julienned veggies & spicy vietnamese dressing.
i am waiting for some sweet juicy local tomatoes to make a sweet and sour sauce
that will be served with braised tofu and or salmon over jasmine rice.

Massaman Curry, a Southern Thai curry that is slightly tangy from tamarind and rounded out with curry spices.
Lemongrass Curry with the roasted peanuts is the most popular special.
We are still offering the House Curry with noodles. Just ask.
In case you are up on your vegetables news, we do not use romain lettuce, which is currently recalled in 13 states due to e. coli.

Roasted Red Bell Pepper sauce with spicy garlic ginger, julienned vegetables, rice noodles and choice of locally pasteurized tofu or sliced chicken breast.
Somen Noodle Salad with grilled chicken, cucumbers, bean sprouts, cilantro and spicy Vietnamese dressing.
Lemongrass Curry with roasted peanuts, prickly ash berries, chilies, yellow curry spices and a dash of coconut milk.
