Pad Thai Shack was founded in October of 2000. Pad Thai, a stir fried rice noodle dish made with a sauce of tamarind, palm sugar and fish sauce, is the most recognizable of South-east Asian dishes. The Shack not only offers foods from Thailand but also from Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia. The specials, however, are the chef’s creative recipes infusing traditional Asian ingredients with continental flavors.
